Jennifer joined our team in July 2020, bringing with her more than 15 years of exceptional customer service experience. As our Office Manager, she wears many hats—collaborating across teams to keep processes running smoothly, assisting with new client onboarding, supporting return processing, and handling countless important details in between. While her role keeps her busy, Jennifer’s favorite part of the job is making sure she keeps the team smiling along the way.
Outside the office, Jennifer’s greatest passion is music, and she also loves spending time outdoors. She cherishes time with her family and close friends and finds her greatest joy in raising her amazing daughter.
