He owned the firm of Moss, Rowland & Co. for over 25 years before selling in 2010 and switching to part time work with the buyers. He moved to Mitchell & Nemitz in 2020 hoping to transition long time clients to his daughter, Jody, and the Mitchell & Nemitz team.
